Wish your blog was ranking in the top for Google, Yahoo, MSN, and the other search engines? It takes a lot of time and effort, but you can do it, even with a new site. It might not happen overnight, but within 90 days, following these tactics, your site could be ranking on the first pages of Google for some of your keywords. Here’s what you need to do:
The download link for Ultimate Tag Warrior is under “Current Downloads.” You probably want “Final For Wordpress 2.0.” To get incoming links you can use 3WayLinks, article marketing, social bookmarking (Share This plugin helps), posting at answers.yahoo.com and other blogs (even if they are using the nofollow, the search engines will still see the link and follow it, but you won’t get any pagerank boost from that site). To learn more about how to get links, read Jack Humphrey’s series on link building. He also has a page dedicated to some free SEO tools you want to be sure to use. There are many more things you can do, but starting with some of the best SEO plugins, posting regularly to your blog (be sure you have a good ping list), and using article marketing tactics is a terrific way to start. If you are not sure how to utilize article marketing to the maximum, the resource I highly recommend (it doesn’t even cost an arm and a leg) is Jim Edwards’ Turn Words Into Traffic. That’s the e-book I bought to help me make the most of the time I spend writing articles. If you want to know more about SEO, the best book I have found is SEOBook. Over 300 pages jam-packed with SEO tips and techniques, and you get lifetime free updates as SEO tactics change. jim edwards ranking fast in google search engines seo tactics turn words into traffic ultimate tag warrior

Having context links pointing to your site is one of the best ways to improve your rank in the search engines for your keyword phrases. Jack Humphrey, author of Power Linking, is writing a great series on his site that focuses on link building. These tactics he covers cost you little or no money to implement and are available to anyone with a Web site. As Jack states in his post, search engines love to see links coming to your site that are right in the content of the article or post. Their favorite links are context links that occur on sites that relevant. These links are not only good for you because search engines like them. They are also good because a link within the content of a site will be seen by every reader, and is more likely to get clicked on than a link in the sidebar or elsewhere. Be sure to read this series by Jack Humphrey. It’s free, and written by an expert. context links jack humphrey link building search engines |
