Having context links pointing to your site is one of the best ways to improve your rank in the search engines for your keyword phrases. Jack Humphrey, author of Power Linking, is writing a great series on his site that focuses on link building. These tactics he covers cost you little or no money to implement and are available to anyone with a Web site. As Jack states in his post, search engines love to see links coming to your site that are right in the content of the article or post. Their favorite links are context links that occur on sites that relevant. These links are not only good for you because search engines like them. They are also good because a link within the content of a site will be seen by every reader, and is more likely to get clicked on than a link in the sidebar or elsewhere. Be sure to read this series by Jack Humphrey. It’s free, and written by an expert. context links jack humphrey link building search engines |
